Osteopathy and physiotherapy in Vienna 1090

Understand the cause first, then treat it precisely.

I combine sports physiotherapy and osteopathy. I treat you personally and without rush, and we plan together how to continue afterwards. Treatment in English and German.

Währinger Gürtel 10/5, 1090 Vienna. Appointments by phone or email.

Simon Krimplstätter, osteopath and physiotherapist in Vienna
Simon Krimplstätter, MSc (Ost) D.O.

I want to bring together the best of physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy and osteopathy.

For complaints that have been around for a while, and for bodies that need to do more in everyday life or in sport.

Four things I focus on in every treatment.

1

Finding the cause behind the pain

I look beyond the painful spot: at visceral factors (internal organs), craniosacral factors (skull and sacrum) and parietal factors (muscles, joints, fascia).

2

Treating acute complaints precisely

If it hurts right now, I first take care of whatever is limiting you the most at the moment.

3

Becoming independent

You learn what you can do for your body yourself, so that progress does not stop at the practice door.

4

Body awareness and performance

In everyday life or in sport: you feel your body better and can ask more of it.

Appointments
I arrange appointments by phone or email only.
What to bring
For your first appointment, please bring any existing medical reports (for example X-ray, MRI) and a referral from your doctor for osteopathy or physiotherapy.
Payment
In cash after each session.
Health insurance
I have no contract with the public health insurance funds. With a doctor's referral for osteopathy or physiotherapy plus therapeutic massage, many public funds and private supplementary insurers reimburse part or all of the cost. After each series of treatments you receive a combined invoice from me to submit. For this, the insurer needs the referral approved by its medical officer (chefärztliche Bewilligung). Please check the exact coverage with your insurer in advance.
Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment by phone or email, so that other patients can use the time. Otherwise I have to charge for the session.

I am Simon Krimplstätter, MSc (Ost) D.O.

I am an osteopath and physiotherapist and have been working in physiotherapy since 2010.

I look for the causes of your complaints and treat what is bothering you right now. I also show you how to keep at it yourself. I treat patients in English and German.

My aim: you leave the practice with a better feel for your body than when you arrived.
